A Labor-class blacksmith and former girlfriend of Icesplitter Erna Byström, Steelforger Ignacia Cardoso was in for a rude awakening when Erna returned from Paracelsus not only without memories, but without her entire self, now a completely different woman who called herself Rossa. The Steelforger, having dedicated herself to protecting Erna from her neglectful parents and society’s scorn towards mages, lashed out against the newly-born Rossa for not being the woman she loved, something she came to regret almost immediately. Since then, though she still struggles to face this stranger bearing the face of the woman she loved, Ignacia has made an effort to protect Rossa from the women who ruined Erna’s life, though her hot-headed and impulsive tendencies can sometimes cause more problems than they solve.
