The younger sister of the late IPS-N engineer Slugforger Delphinus Monterro, Wyrmslayer Capella Monterro earned her title working in Maritza’s Leviathan Guard, where she single-handedly blew a shot through the skull of a monstrous sea serpent. Though she was quiet and faint-hearted as a child, her brother’s death taught her that she needed the strength to protect those she loves. Now, she is a cold, ruthless woman, piloting one of the few of Delphinus’s Calibans to be produced to keep the miners of Maritza safe– all the while grinding her teeth at the thought that the woman who killed her brother still walks free.
