One of the youngest of the Schrotter siblings, Skyrider Hieronymus Schrotter is very used to being the glue that has had to hold the family together, his siblings all being pulled in opposite directions by their extreme worldviews and questionable life choices. Though he embraced the role in his youth, happy to be the one who kept smiles on their faces even when they fought with each other, as time dragged on and the Schrotters’ family situation grew more and more strained, he began to resent it. Sieghild’s trial and the following blowback from Bismarck were the final straws– he started to throw himself harder and harder into his work, growing distant from his siblings, something that his job as a cargo pilot made very easy. Though his bitterness towards his family has waned with time, his exhaustion hasn’t, and while he still accepts a call from a sibling in need, it’s hard for him to hide the weight it continues to press down on him.
